Confused - only JUST (Sunday 8th) had this delivered.

Leaflet mentions PODS to throw in the drum, yet the main washing product appears to be a gel. Leaving me uncertain how to use it.

Is this right? If so what is the reason to describe it as a pod? Or have I got the wrong product?

Easy to use just drop them in the washing machine drum! The scent is fresh and you feel like the clothes dried outside on the sunshine.

Very possible, the trio is magic in clean fresh and soft clothes.

I have had eczema since I was a child and I have contact dermatitis on my hands. My baby has eczema and very sensitive skin.

Any observations about how your clothes looked after using it?

It was very effective at cleaning the clothes in a cold wash. I was really impressed with it. My clothes looked clean and bright, impressive considering how messy my children get!

It was easy to measure out the right amount using the lid and didn't dribble onto the packaging.

The scent is my favourite thing about the fabric softener. It smells really fresh and clean.

I've never used a scent booster before and could tell it made a difference. This is a product I would consider buying in the future! I would also describe the scent as fresh and clean.

Q9. Would you switch to the Fairy Dream Team? - and if yes, why?

Yes, it has been really kind to me and my baby's sensitive skin, it smells lovely and cleaned my family's clothes really well. It was the first time I've used a scent booster as I've always been worried that they might irrite our skin, but this one smelt amazing and was gentle too. I've recently started using 3 in 1 pods for convenience, but the results are not as good as these (regarding scent and softness) so I think I will probably switch in the near future.

Q10. Would you recommend these products to family and friends?

Yes, definitely. I didn't realise there was such a difference in quality between the more basic products and these ones until I used them.

We have mostly used Persil non bio.

Fabric conditioner is usually what ever is on offer to be honest.

After using Fairy dream team - fairy non bio gel, conditioner and scent boosters I found clothes were clean and smelt fresh. Managed to get some food stains out too.

The gel was easy to use I usually use pod tablets but gel was easy to use.

I also liked how you can use more / less dependent on the size of the load of washing unlike using a pod.

The fabric softener has such a fresh smell that makes the clothes smell amazing.

The scent boosters boosted the fresh scent even when you dry on airer as we don’t have a tumble dryer. My washing smells like I have dried on a line outside instead of inside. The scent makes the washing smell air dried on a line - fresh and clean!

To be honest I have already brought more and will keep using them as I felt there was a noticeable difference in fresh smell. It also didn’t effect any of my children’s skins especially my 7 year old with eczema which is amazing and my 1 year old stains came out in the first wash!

Exclusively Fairy non-bio powder. It’s the only product that consistently does NOT cause irritation. Used across 3 households – whole extended family. We bulk buy when on offer, usually.

Because of skin problems we tend not to ever use except for special purposes

As effective as main product. Got out baby stains and my own garden stains and general grubbiness.

Smaller in size than the big powder box so easier to store.

Overpowering and quite unpleasant. Explanation: I suffer from chronic perennial rhinitis. ANY chemical smell or scent is potentially a problem. The cleaning products aisle is a no-go area for me – someone else has to fetch it.

As above = the only safe smell is washed and line-dried. This product is less-bad than some others, which are totally unacceptable. I understand that some people like the smell, so each to their own.

No – we’d not use the range of products. Perhaps just the gel.

Not to anyone with the acute skin problems our family has, no. Stick to the essential cleaning product and leave it as that.

The clothes were clean and had a lovely fresh smell. It got most stains out and the tougher ones were also removed after I pre soaked the clothes in the gel as it recommends on the bottle. Clothes looked clean again.

Easy to use. I haven’t used a gel before and it was easier than powder.

Actually I’m not too sure why you need this as the fabric softener was good enough on its own. I’m not a huge fan of the outdoor scent being so strong.

The box of products were left in our porch and the fragrance filled it. It was gorgeous without being overpowering so my first impressions were really positive.

Two young children with delicate but not specifically sensitive skin. My partner has sensitive skin.

I tend to use own brand detergent most recently, having switched from Ariel in the last 12 months for cost saving.

I found the cleaning was effective at mow temperatures. We use cloth nappies and I found that washing them at 40 degrees was sufficient for getting rid of stains on soiled nappies.

The fabric softener made my clothes noticeably softer and the scent was lovely and fresh. The scent lasted for ages too, even there children noticed when getting dressed.
