Anyone else feel like their baby looks nothing like them?

I just don’t see myself in my daughter at all. I only see Dad. It’s strange because I’ve been told more than once that she does in fact look like me but I really don’t see it apart from our ears (and no one cares about ears anyways!!). There’s not much point to this post I just wanted to know if anyone else ever feels this way? I feel like people only say she looks like me because she’s a girl…
She is your double but then sometimes you don't see yourself in them so don't worry but honestly she more like you than dad xx
She’s much more like you than her dad - face shape, eye shape etc look at some baby photos of yourself, I think you’ll be amazed!
my child’s dad is Italian - she is dark with olive skin, dark hair and dark eyes , I am blue eyed and blonde so she is absolutely not like me at all !

Umm she looks almost exactly like you, same eyebrow shape, same eye shape, she just has your look all over - except she has the same top lip as her Dad. Lol
She definitely looks wayyy more like you than your partner! I don't see any resemblance to him there at all.
I have two boys who don't look a lot like me. People have often said they have my mouth, but that's it. I'm white, blonde, and blue-eyed, and my husband is black, so they're brown with brown eyes and afro hair. It doesn't matter to me, though. I was definitely present at their births so it isn't as though I'm not sure they're mine!
Yes I’m the same I’m pale with light hair , blue eyes, my child’s dad is Italian she has olive skin, very dark hair and brown eyes and his features - definitely feel like ‘odd man out’ also jealous as they tan beautifully in a ray of sun whereas I either burn or stay white after a while summer 😂
