Banana & mango smoothie

  • 1 mango (make sure it's ripe)

  • 1 banana, chopped

  • 300g natural yoghurt (2x small pots)

  • 150ml fruit juice (any flavour works well - orange, apple, mango, tropical take your pick!)

  • 4 ice cubes

  1. Start by preparing the mango - peel it, chop it into small pieces and discard the hard lump in the middle

  2. Peel and chop the banana

  3. Now place all the ingredients in the blender and blend to desired consistency

  4. Serve!

Tips

You can use frozen mango too - it's cheaper and tastes just as good
