Banana smoothie for kids

240ml cow's milk or plant milk alternative

2 small bananas (fresh or frozen), sliced

2 tbsp porridge oats

Add the milk, banana and oats to a blender. Whizz until smooth.

Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
