You will need

Barbecue - We really like this charcoal, compact BBQ from Weber. It's sturdy, made to last and you can get it at Amazon for £109.

Variations

From the mums in the coffeehouse: My husband does love a banana spilt, filled with choccy buttons, wrapped in foil and done on BBQ - Take a banana, peel 1 side, chop segments in the banana, remove every 2nd one, replace with a chunky marshmallow, wrap in tinfoil, throw on the BBQ

My children adore this . I add a teaspoon of honey to each banana instead of sugar to make it even healthier and then serve with format frais.
