Apple tart
A really simple apple tart recipe...

shortcrust pastry (shop bought or homemade)

3 golden delicious apples

2 tsp sugar

cinnamon

Line a 20cm loose based tart tin with a shortcrust pastry and bake it

Peel, core and thinly slice 3 golden delicious apples and arrange them in the base of the tart

Sprinkle with 1-2 tsp of caster sugar and some ground cinnamon

Bake at 180'C/350'F/Gas mark 4 for 15-20 minutes
You will need
