Blueberry smoothie for kids

Creamy smoothie packed with sweet and juicy blueberries

Preparation

  • 240ml cow's milk or plant milk alternative

  • 125g blueberries

  • 2 tbsp porridge oats

  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

  1. Add the milk, blueberries and oats to a blender, reserving 1tsp of the blueberries. Whizz until smooth.

  2. Taste for sweetness and whizz in the maple syrup if required.

  3. Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with the remaining berries and drink immediately.
