Berry smoothie for kids
Creamy smoothie packed with colourful berries

240ml cow's milk or plant milk alternative

120g mix of blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries (fresh or frozen)

2 tbsp porridge oats

1 tsp maple syrup

Add all the ingredients to a blender. Whizz until smooth.

Pour into a large glass and serve immediately.

Tips
Keep a bag of frozen mixed berries in the freezer ready to pop into smoothies.
