Strawberry milkshake for kids
Easy homemade strawberry milkshake packed with healthy berries

240ml cold milk

100g ripe strawberries, topped and halved

1 small banana, sliced (fresh or frozen)

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.

Pour into a tall glass (over ice, if desired).
Tips
This recipe works well with plant milks, too (try oat, almond or coconut)
Freeze ripe banana slices and use them instead of the fresh ones to make this milkshake extra cold
